叶片式摆动缸组合密封性能分析与研究

摘    要:针对深海液压机械手关节驱动需求, 设计了一种叶片式摆动缸。依据其内泄漏产生位置设计对应的组合密封结构, 建立针对该摆动缸内泄漏的理论计算模型。实验测试了不同压力下内泄漏量和输出扭矩随O形圈截面尺寸和预压缩量的变化关系, 验证了所提密封形式和理论计算模型的合理性, 为叶片式摆动缸密封结构设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Aimed at the demand for deep-sea hydraulic manipulator joints, a rotary vane actuator is designed, in which a combined sealing structure is adopted according to different internal leakage. The rotary vane actuator leakage theoretical calculation model is established. The influence of sealing size and compression to the output torque and the internal leakage at different sealing pressures is analyzed by experiments. The effectiveness of the seal form and leakage theoretical calculation model is verified through the experiment, which supplies a theory base for the rotary vane actuator sealing structure design.
