| 摘 要： | 针对某型飞机液压系统加油、清洗、液压系统收放性能检测等工作，地面保障设备多、转换过程繁琐、工作效率低下等问题，基于飞机液压系统的维修特点，采用了液压组合油箱，污染自动报警、压力分档调节、触摸屏等技术，设计了多功能油泵车。多功能油泵车由小车主体、液压系统和电气系统3部分组成，同时具有液压系统清洗功能、加油功能、地面泵功能，解决了目前一线维修保障作业中的上述问题，满足机务部队的维修要求，在应用中取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | For a certain type of aircraft refueling, hydraulic system cleaning, hydraulic system control performance testing and so on,there are many ground support equipments, the conversion process is cumbersome,and the work efficiency is low,etc. Based on the maintenance characteristics of the aircraft hydraulic system, a multifunction pump cart was designed using hydraulic combination fuel tank, pollution automatic alarm, pressure shift adjustment, touch screen, etc.The multifunction pump cart consists of three parts: small vehicle main body, hydraulic system and electric system, it also has hydraulic system cleaning function, refueling function and ground pump function.The multifunction pump cart was designed to solve the above problems in the first-line maintenance support operation and meet the requirements of the maintenance unit. The multifunction pump cart has achieved good results in the application |
