电子设备液冷保障设施设计

摘    要:飞机液冷保障设备根据每种机型所需冷却功率的不同单独配置,多种机型则需要多套冷却保障设备。研究设计一种多机型通用冷却保障设备,满足规定的多种机型内部电子设备的冷却需求。此通用液冷设备采用变频调速控制流量的液压系统,采用旁路冷却方式进行系统,改变了原有的冷却方式以满足通用化要求。此设备与传统单机型配套设备相比,具有占地空间小、设备成本低,便于设备管理和维修等特点。

Abstract:The refrigerant equipment is unique for a kind of airplane in general, so a variety of airplane models require multiple sets of refrigerant equipment. This paper describes a kind of refrigerant equipment which can be used for cooling some electro-components on a variety of specific airplanes. In order to satisfy the generalization requirement of this equipment, a hydraulic system which changes flux by frequency conversion is introduced. A variable frequency speed conversion flow control system is used in this universal refrigerant equipment, and the system cooling by sideward refrigerant access has changed the original cooling method to meet the general requirements. Compared to the traditional equipment, this refrigerant equipment is beneficial to small space, cost saving, and easy management and maintenance.
