摘    要:车辆转向时其转向系统的动态特性是十分重要的性能指标。针对智轨列车电液伺服转向系统的动态特性测试问题,先开发设计出具有针对性的动态特性测试试验台,并以此平台模拟智轨列车在PID闭环控制下的转向工况。使用LabVIEW编写转向系统动态特性测试的软件程序,在PID闭环控制下对电液伺服转向系统的动态特性进行测试,得到了完整的测试数据。为智轨列车转向系统动态特性分析提供了灵活、方便的测试手段,为转向系统性能改进提供了数据支撑。

Abstract:The dynamic characteristics of vehicle steering system are very important performance indexes. In order to solve the dynamic characteristic test problem of the ART steering system, a specific dynamic testing platform was designed and developed. The platform is used to simulate the steering operation condition of the ART under PID closed loop control. LabVIEW was used to write the program for testing the dynamic characteristics of the steering system. Under the control of PID closed loop, the dynamic characteristics of the steering system of the ART were tested. Abundant data were obtained. It can provide flexible and convenient test means and data support for the dynamic characteristics analysis of the ART steering system.
