摘    要:某型燃油电控调节器是用于某型发动机燃油数控系统的执行装置,在厂内调试时,空中起动点火供油量性能调试困难;在进行交付试验时出现了空中起动点火供油量变小,即性能不稳定的问题。针对上述不足,对该调节器的组成、功能、工作原理进行详细分析,从而对其压差回油装置进行结构改进设计及静差分析,利用AMESim仿真软件建立数学模型并给出性能仿真结果。改进后的试验结果表明,空中起动点火供油量指标已达到要求,保证了发动机的正常工作。

Abstract: A certain fuel electronic control regulator is an executive device used in a certain engine fuel numerical control system. It is difficult to debug the performance of the air start ignition fuel supply when debugging in the factory. During the delivery test, the air start ignition fuel supply decreases, that is, the performance is unstable. In view of the above shortcomings, the composition, function and working principle for the regulator are analyzed in detail, so as to improve the structural design and static analysis of the pressure difference oil return device, using AMESim simulation software to build mathematical model and giving the performance simulation results. The improved test results show that the air start ignition fuel supply index has reached the requirements, and en-sured the normal operation for the engine.
