摘    要:介绍了一种新型径向球塞液压油泵及其试验装置,该球塞液压泵的工作原理是由主轴带动转子旋转,使其球塞、球塞孔和配流轴之间形成的工作腔体体积发生周期性变化,从而实现吸排液压油。简要说明了该泵在设计加工制造过程中的关键技术,对该泵的流量、压力、噪声进行了全面的性能试验检测,根据其性能曲线进行性能分析,该泵在转速1000 r/min时其流量可达理论流量的88%,压力可达5. 8 MPa,噪声65 dB,为液压泵的后续研究提供必要的参考。该泵具体性能指标为最大转速1300 r/min,输出流量范围0~130. 6 L/min,输出压力范围0~6. 7 MPa,运转噪声最大66 dB,重量33 kg,工作介质为液压油。

Abstract:We introduce a new type of radial ball plug hydraulic pump and its test device. The working principle of the ball plunger hydraulic pump is mainly that main shaft drives rotor to rotate, so that the working chamber volume formed between the ball plug, the ball plug hole and the distribution shaft changes periodically, thereby achieving suction and discharge of hydraulic oil. The key technology of the pump in the design, processing and manufacturing process is briefly described. The flow performance, pressure and noise of the pump are tested. The performance is analyzed according to the performance curve. When the pump rotates at 1000 r/min, the flow rate can reach 88% of the theoretical flow rate, and the pressure can reach 5.8 MPa, and the noise is 65 dB, which provides a necessary reference for the subsequent research of hydraulic pump. The specific performance index of the pump is the maximum rotating speed of 1300 r/min, the output flow range from 0 to 130.6 L/min, the output pressure range from 0 to 6.7 MPa, the maximum operating noise of 66 dB, the weight of 33 kg, and the working medium is hydraulic oil.
