| 摘 要： | 为更好地收集烟叶生产一线信息，提高烟叶生产的信息化管理水平，基于日照烟叶生产标准化体系，从分析烟叶生产技术员的工作内容入手，设计开发了烟技员手机APP。该软件覆盖整个烟叶生产周期，有效汇集烟技员工作阶段数据，可形成从面积落实到采收烘烤完整的信息化工作档案，进而汇总形成覆盖全市的烟叶生产大数据库。通过该软件，烟技员可随时查看前期工作记录以及上级发布的政策、文件、通知和生产技术资料，管理部门也能够随时了解生产一线实情，并可利用视频通话和GPS定位等功能现场调度一线工作。该软件为烟叶信息化解决“最后一公里”提供了可借鉴的操作方案。

Design and application of mobile phone APP for tobacco field technicians |

| Abstract: | In order to collect leaf tobacco production information more efficiently and improve information management level, a mobile phone APP was designed for tobacco field technicians by analysis of job content of leaf tobacco production technician based on Rizhao's production standard.This APP covers the entire leaf tobacco production cycle and effectively collects data of tobacco field technician at work, thus forming a complete information working file from planting arrangement to harvest and curing.Thus a large tobacco leaf production database covering the whole municipality was established. By using such mobile APP, tobacco production technicians can not only review former working data at any time but also policy, file, notice and technical data released from higher-level management, which can examine tobacco production process at any time, and dispatch filed work by using video call and GPS.This software provides a referential operation scheme to solve the so called "the last mile problem" in tobacco informatization. |
