电位滴定法测定脱硫剂中N-甲基二乙醇胺质量分数

摘    要:采用电位滴定法测定了脱硫剂中N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)质量分数,考察了该方法的精密度和准确度,并与手动滴定法进行了对比。结果表明:当样品中MDEA质量分数为20%~100%时,电位滴定法重复性实验的相对标准偏差为0.064%~0.110%,再现性实验结果的绝对偏差不大于0.409%,加标回收率不低于98.876%,其精密度、准确度均优于手动滴定法。

Abstract:The mass fraction of N-methyldietha-nolamine in desulfurizer was determined by potentiometric titration method,furthermore,its precision and repeatability were investigated and compared with the manual titration method.The results showed that when the mass fraction of MDEA in the samples were between 20%to 100%,the repeatability experiment′s relative standard deviation of potentiometric titration method were between 0.064%-0.110%;the absolute deviation of reproducibility experiment results was less than 0.409%;and the standard addition recovery rate was not less than 98.876%.The precision and accuracy of potentiometric titration were both better than that of the manual titration.
