| 摘 要： | 广州市于2007年开始实施基础地形图"1235"动态循环更新机制,为确保项目的顺利实施,引入第三方监理单位进行项目监理工作。该项目监理工作采用了全过程跟踪的信息化测绘项目监理管理模式,顺利完成了项目进度控制和质量控制监理工作。本文从项目监理的方法、监理内容、监理组织及职责,项目实施各阶段的监理工作进行了详细介绍,监理工作的实施保证项目的质量满足设计要求。

| Abstract: | Guangzhou city in 2007 began to apply the basis of topographic map“1235”dynamic updating method,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,the third party supervision units for basic surveying and mapping project supervision work. The third party supervision units in accordance with the project contract requirements,using the entire process of tracking information mapping project supervision management mode,the completion of the project schedule control and quality control supervision,quality of project results can meet the design requirements of basic surveying and mapping data. |
