摘    要:影响再生粗骨料质量等级的因素与指标众多,在对再生粗骨料进行分级时不便于实际操作,因此需要从众多的因素和指标中筛选出适合对再生粗骨料进行分级的指标,为再生粗骨料的分级奠定基础。通过试验测得11种不同批次的再生粗骨料各项性能指标,对每批再生粗骨料所含成分进行检测,同时结合不同文献中74种不同批次再生粗骨料,利用SPSS统计分析软件研究了吸水率、压碎指标、表观密度、堆积密度的分布特点,并对其进行Shapiro-Wilk正态性检验,以变异系数评估了指标的离散程度。然后采用Pearson相关系数和Spearman相关系数分析了各指标的相关性,最后通过试验测得的再生粗骨料各项性能指标,拟合了表观密度与吸水率、吸水率与压碎指标、压碎指标与表观密度的线性方程。结果表明:微粉含量、针片状含量、杂物含量可从工艺和程序上进行改进,可作为控制再生骨料质量的限制性因素; 表观密度、吸水率、压碎指标服从正态分布,且吸水率和压碎指标的离散程度更大,因此提出了以吸水率和压碎指标作为分级指标的建议; 从相关性角度分析,吸水率与密度类指标具有较高的相关程度,进一步说明吸水率可以代表密度类指标作为分级指标。

Abstract:There are many factors and indexes affecting the quality grade of recycled coarse aggregate, which is not convenient for practical operation. Therefore, it is necessary to select the suitable index for the classifying of recycled coarse aggregate from many factors and indexes and lay a foundation for the classifying of recycled coarse aggregate. The performance indexes of 11 batches of recycled coarse aggregate were measured and the components of each batch of recycled coarse aggregate were detected. At the same time, combined with 74 different batches of recycled coarse aggregate in different literature, the distribution characteristics of water absorption, crushing index, apparent density and bulk density were studied by using SPSS statistical analysis software, and the Shapiro-Wilk normality test was carried out. The dispersion degree of the index was evaluated by the coefficient of variation.The correlation of each index was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and Spearman correlation coefficient. Through the performance indexes of recycled coarse aggregate measured in the test, the linear equations of apparent density and water absorption, water absorption and crushing index, crushing index and apparent density were fitted. The results show that the micro powder content, needle and flake content and impurity content can be reduced through process adjustment and equipment modification, and can be used as the limiting factor to control the quality of recycled aggregate. The apparent density, water absorption and crushing index obey the normal distribution, and the dispersions of water absorption and crushing index are greater. Therefore, it is proposed to take water absorption and crushing index as classifying indexes. From the correlation analysis, the water absorption has a high correlation with the density indexes, which further shows that the water absorption can represent the density indexes as the classifying index.
