8.8级拼接锚栓单向拉伸试验

摘    要:为了研究采用钢螺纹套筒连接2个8.8级螺栓所组成的拼接锚栓的拉伸性能,对12组36个8.8级拼接锚栓试件进行拉伸试验,以确定不同直径的螺栓和钢螺纹套筒的连接长度,进而确定不同直径锚栓钢螺纹套筒的下料长度; 为了确定套筒连接的影响,对4组12个8.8级螺栓进行拉伸试验,并与拼接锚栓试件试验结果进行对比分析。结果表明:当螺杆直径d为16 mm,两螺杆与钢螺纹套筒的连接长度均为0.75d(螺杆拧入套筒7丝扣)时,试件的破坏均为螺杆从钢螺纹套筒中拔出,其余拼接锚栓试件破坏均为套筒外螺杆被拉断; 在相同连接长度下,不同直径不同螺距试件的螺杆螺纹平均挤压应力、平均剪切应力、平均弯曲应力大小相差很小,说明在螺杆与钢螺纹套筒连接长度范围内,3种应力的大小只与直径倍数的连接长度有关; 同一直径螺杆单边连接长度越小,拼接锚栓拉伸变形能力越好,拼接锚栓的延性越好,建议螺杆与套筒单边连接长度为螺杆直径的1倍(16,20,24 mm直径的螺杆拧入套筒9丝扣,27 mm直径的螺杆拧入套筒10丝扣),这样既能保证不发生螺杆从套筒中拔出的现象,也能使锚栓有较好的延性; 螺杆试件抗拉强度比拼接锚栓试件略高,但相对于螺杆刚度,拼接锚栓试件刚度略有退化。

Abstract:In order to study the tensile behavior of the spliced anchor bolt by connecting two 8.8 grade bolts with steel thread sleeve, tensile tests were carried out on 12 groups of 36 grade 8.8 spliced anchor bolt specimens to determine the connection length of bolt and steel thread sleeve with different diameters, and then determine the length of steel thread sleeve with different diameter anchor bolts. In order to determine the influence of sleeve connection, tensile tests were carried out on 12 grade 8.8 bolts in 4 groups, and the results were compared with the test results of spliced anchor bolts. The results show that when the bolts diameter d=16 mm, and the connection length between the two screws and the steel thread sleeve is 0.75d(screwed into sleeves 7 buckles), the failure of the specimens is that the bolts are pulled out from the steel thread sleeve, and the rest of the spliced anchor bolt specimens are damaged by the failure of the bolt outside the sleeve. The average extrusion stress, average shear stress and average bending stress of screw threads of specimens with different diameters, different pitches have little difference at the same connection length, which indicates that, within the range of the connecting length of the screw and the steel thread sleeve, the magnitude of the three stresses is only related to the connection length for multiples of diameter. The smaller the length of one-sided connection of the same diameter screw, the better the tensile deformation ability and ductility of the splice anchor bolt, so it is suggested that the length of one-sided connection between screw and sleeve is d(16, 20, 24 mm diameter screws screwed into sleeves 9 buckles, 27 mm diameter screws screwed into sleeves 10 buckles), which can not only ensure that the screw is not pulled out of the sleeve, but also has good ductility. The tensile strength of the single bolt is slightly higher than that of the spliced anchor bolt, but the stiffness of the spliced anchor bolt is slightly degraded when compared with the single bolt.
