摘    要:智能变电站采用内桥接线、3/2接线、母线PT级联等设计时,数字计量系统需要进行跨间隔计量,此时采样值报文的同步性是影响数字计量系统整体准确性的关键因素。文章介绍了110 k V智能变电站采用内桥接线设计情况下数字化计量装置进行跨间隔计量的原理,针对某110 k V智能变电站实际运行中出现的采样值同步异常导致计量不准确的情况进行了分析,并提出一种提高智能变电站跨间隔计量可靠性的方案。

Fault analysis of multi-bay metering system caused by sampled values synchronous anomaly in smart substation
Abstract:In the design of smart substation, such as internal bridge connection, 3/2 connection and bus PT cascade, digi-tal metering system need to be multi-bay metering. The synchronization of sampled values is the key factor to affect the overall accuracy of digital metering system. This paper introduced the principle of multi-bay metering by digital meter-ing devices in 110 kV Smart Substation which using internal bridge connection design. The inaccurate metering situa-tion in the operation of an 110 kV smart substation is analyzed which caused by the synchronous anomaly of sampled values. And a scheme to improve the reliability of the multi-bay metering in smart substations was proposed.
