电动汽车用PMSM电磁设计及其转矩控制

摘    要:对电动汽车用永磁同步电动机进行了研究,分析了一台电动汽车用永磁同步电机功率、电枢直径、转子结构等性能参数选取以及电磁设计方法。针对电动汽车用永磁同步电机气隙谐波畸变率、转矩脉动大等问题,提出采取偏心气隙结构改善电动汽车用永磁同步电机气隙谐波畸变率、转矩脉动特性。并搭建以最大转矩电流比控制策略为基础的电动汽车用永磁同步电机调速控制系统。通过AnsoftMaxwell和Matlab仿真和试验验证本文提出的电动汽车用永磁同步电机设计方法和控制策略的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) for electric vehicles (EV) is studied, and the selection of performance parameters such as power, armature diameter, rotor structure and electromagnetic design method of a permanent magnet synchronous motor for electric vehicles is analyzed. Aiming at the problems of the air gap harmonic distortion rate and torque ripple of PMSM for EV, an eccentric air gap structure is proposed to improve the air gap harmonic distortion rate and torque ripple characteristics of PMSM. And speed control system of PMSM for EV is built by Maximum Torque Per Ampere (MTPA) strategy. The correctness and effectiveness of the design method and control strategy of PMSM for EV proposed in this paper are verified by AnsoftMaxwell and Matlab simulation and experiment.
