摘    要:永磁同步电机矢量控制系统由于存在逆变器死区和电流测量误差和其它一些非理想因素,导致电机转速产生脉动.提出一种扰动观测器和重复控制器相结合的方法对逆变器死区和电流测量误差导致的转速脉动加以抑制.在电流环利用扰动观测器对死区补偿时间进行在线识别,再利用识别出的死区补偿时间动态调整补偿电压,克服了由IGBT开关时间随负载变化...

Abstract:The motor speed ripple causing by the inverter dead-time ,current measurement error and some other non-ideal factors is always existing in PMSM vector control system. In this paper, a method combining disturbance observer and repetitive controller is proposed to suppress the speed ripple causing by the inverter dead-time and current measurement error.In the current loop, the disturbance observer is used to identify the dead zone compensation time online, and then the compensation voltage is dynamically adjusted using the identified dead zone compensation time, which overcomes the problem of inaccurate dead zone compensation voltage caused by the change of IGBT switching time with load.The speed ripple caused by the current measurement error is further suppressed by the repetitive controller in the speed loop.Simulation results show that this method can effectively suppress the motor speed ripple caused by the inverter dead zone and current measurement error.
