摘    要:为了确保水轮发电机组的安全稳定和经济运行,提出了基于Internet/Intranet开放式结构的水轮发电机组远程监测与故障诊断系统,并对系统的设计原则、网络化体系结构、机组测点布置、传感器选型及系统的功能做了详细的分析。该系统实现了水轮发电机组信号的数据采集、数据分析和处理,并能通过Internet/Intranet进行故障诊断。实际应用表明,该系统兼具技术的先进性和实用性,运行稳定可靠,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:To ensure secure, stable and economic operation of hydropower generating units, the remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on Internet/Intranet open structure for hydropower generating units is proposed. The design principles, network structure, measuring points, sensor selection and main functions of the system are analyzed. With the system the data acquisition, analysis and processing the signals of hydropower generating units are implemented, the fault diagnosis of the hydropower generating units can be performed through Internet/Intranet. A case study shows that the system is practical, reliable, and possesses good real-time performance.
