考虑客户画像和能量枢纽的配电网多目标抢修重构模型

摘    要:随着大规模风电以及能量枢纽接入配电网,配电网故障后抢修重构面临新挑战,提出一种考虑客户画像和能量枢纽的配电网多目标多故障抢修重构模型。通过对配电网用电客户多因素精准画像,确定权重,建立兼顾客户画像和能量枢纽的配电网多目标抢修重构模型,提出一种改进NSGA-II算法以适应对模型求解,从而获得Pareto解集,并利用模糊最大满意度进行决策。算例仿真表明所提模型正确有效,与传统模型相比更加精细而客观。

Abstract:With the connection of large-scale wind power and energy hub to distribution network, the emergency repair and reconstruction of distribution network after fault is facing new challenges. A multi-objective and multi-fault emergency repair and reconstruction model of distribution network is put forward considering customer portrait and energy hub. The power customers are accurately depicted to determine the weight, multi-objective emergency repair and reconstruction model of distribution network considering customer portrait and energy hub is established. Propose an improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm to adapt to the solution of the model,so as to obtain Pareto solution and make descision by using fuzzy maximum satisfaction. The example simulation shows that the proposed model is correct and effective,and is more precise and objective than the traditional model.
