电力电子设备谐波对配电网电压骤升的影响研究

摘    要:分析了相关电力电子设备的结构特性、谐波产生原因与叠加机理,探讨了电力电子设备在配电网中谐波注入并引起配电网用户电压骤升的原因,构建了谐波对配电网电压影响的仿真模型;在配电网现场测量了多台电力电子设备的实际谐波含量,并以这些测量数据和实际农村低压配电网、IEEE 33节点中压配电网算例为基础,通过多个运行场景进行仿真对比,对用户电压大幅提升现象进行了验证,最后提出了治理这类电压骤升的措施。

Abstract:The structural characteristics of the related power electronic devices, the mechanism of harmonic generation and superposition are analyzed. The reasons of the harmonic injection and user voltage swell are discussed for the power electronic devices in the distribution networks. The simulation model of the harmonic influence is constructed for the voltage of the distribution networks. The actual harmonic content of several power electronic devices is measured on site. Based on the measured data and some examples,including an actual rural low-voltage distribution network and the medium-voltage distribution network of IEEE 33 nodes, the phenomenon of higher household voltage rise is verified by the simulation and comparison of several operation cases, and the measures to treat the voltage swell are proposed.
