摘    要:线路检修后常因接地刀闸未分闸导致合闸操作失败,并可能带来人身安全事故或系统受到严重冲击的问题。基于此提出了一种提升配电终端实操可靠性的低压储能预操协同系统。该系统基于低压大功率储能装置和开关组,并接于配电进出线路接地刀闸和高压电流互感器之间,在高压断路器分闸状态下,实现预合断路器前的实操检测功能,短时投切储能预操组,在此时间内终端完成测量,并构建低压回路电流和高压回路电流比较判据,实现接地刀闸接地和故障未消缺检测功能。仿真结果验证了该系统的有效性。

Abstract:The failure of closing operation is often resulted from the failure of grounding switch after line maintenance, which may cause personal safety accidents or serious impact on the system. Therefore,low voltage energy storage pre-operation collaborative system is proposed to improve the reliability of distribution terminal operation. The system based on low-voltage & high-power energy storage device and switch group is connected between the grounding switch of the distribution line and the high-voltage current transformer. Under the opening state of high-voltage circuit breaker,the real operation detection function before the pre-closure circuit breaker is realized. The energy storage pre-operation group is switched on and off in a short time,and the terminal completes the measurement in this time. The comparison criterion of low-voltage and high-voltage circuit current is made to realize the grounding and fault detection of grounding switch. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the system.
