耐蚀性金属接地材料研究综述

摘    要:为解决我国以镀锌钢为主要材料的接地网面临的腐蚀问题,接地导体材料的研究势在必行。通过收集可以作为接地金属材料的资料及标准、整理相关实验数据等工作,对几种耐蚀性金属材料,包括铜、铜镀钢、不锈钢、锌包钢等作为接地材料的土壤腐蚀特性、通流容量做了分析比较。在此基础上从材料成本、施工费用、维护费用等方面对其技术经济性作了较为全面的综述,以供工程参考。

Abstract:To solve the corrosion problems in the ground grids composed of galvanized steel,research on metals for ground conductors is necessary.Based on the existing standards and information on metals for grounding,this paper,aiming to provide a reference for ground engineering,makes an analysis on several "corrosion resistant metals",such as copper,copper-clad steel,stainless steel and zinc-clad steel,in terms of the resistance to ground corrosion,the required conductor size as a function of conductor current.A comprehensive review is made on the technical and economic characteristics in view of the material cost,construction cost and maintenance cost.
