| 摘 要： | 本文分析了安全稳定控制装置的现状和发展方向，提出对区域安全稳定控制系统软、硬件的基本要求，并根据关中电网存在的稳定问题，给出安全稳定控制方案，并对该方案的构成、功能及性能进行了简要分析和论述。
