摘    要:为掌握麦冬收获机车架的动态特性,对其进行C级路面上的随机振动分析,建立一种麦冬收获机车架的有限元模型,并基于ANSYS Workbench软件进行模态分析,提取出车架的固有频率,在C级路面随机激励的情况下,采用模态叠加法求解出该车架的应力、位移云图,得到随机振动激励下最大振幅处的位移、速度、加速度响应曲线,进而了解其动态特性,从而为车架的结构优化提供有效的理论参考依据。

Abstract:As for dynamic characteristics of ophiopogon japonicus, vibration analysis of C grade pavement is an essential factor for the development of modern agricultural machinery.A finite element model of the ophiopogon japonicus harvester frame was established and modal analysis based on ANSYS Workbench software was performed to extract the natural frequency of the frame.In the case of random excitation of the road surface, the modal superposition method was used to solve the stress and displacement cloud map of the frame, and then the displacement, velocity and acceleration response curves at the maximum amplitude under random vibration excitation were obtained, and the dynamic characteristics were worked out.This is very helpful for the structural optimization of the frame.
