聚乙烯亚胺萃取脱除模型燃油中氮化物的研究

摘    要:为了解决燃油中的氮化物,尤其是碱性氮化物,对生态环境、油品品质和催化剂性能等的不利的影响,采用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)为萃取剂,可同时脱除模型燃油中的非碱性氮化物和碱性氮化物。结果表明,在常压、萃取时间15 min、萃取温度30 ℃、剂油质量比0.1的条件下,PEI对吲哚和吡咯的N-脱除率分别高达97.8%、 95.1%,喹啉只有28.8%,吡啶的N-脱除率为85.1%。进一步地,PEI对吲哚、吡咯、喹啉和吡啶的N-分配系数分别为368、161、3.5和47.5。良好的脱氮性能源于PEI与氮化物之间形成的氢键作用,该作用可由1H-NMR所证实。此外,PEI可通过乙醚反萃再生,重复使用5次对萃取性能没有明显降低。

Extractive Removal of Nitrides from Model Fuel by Polyethylimine

Abstract:Nitrides in fuel oils, especially basic nitrides, have adverse effects on ecological environment, oil quality and catalyst performance. Polyethylimine (PEI), used as extractant in this work, can simultaneously remove non-basic and basic nitrides from fuel oils. Experimental results indicated that, under the conditions [ambient pressure,30 ℃, 15 min, m(extractant)/m(oil)= 1/10], N-removal of PEI was 97.8% for indole, 95.1% for pyrrole, 28.8% for quinoline, and 85.1% for pyridine, respectively. Further, N-distribution coefficient of PEI can amount to 368 for indole, 161 for pyrrole, 3.5 for quinoline, and 47.5 for pyridine, respectively. The good denitrogenation performance was ascribed to H-bonding between PEI and thenitride. The H-bonding can be identified by 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Moreover, PEI can be regenerated by ether stripping, and its extractive performance is not significantly reduced for reusing 5 times.
