氯酸钾/铝粉/硫磺超细配方烟火药剂的特性

摘    要:通过对超细化前后的氯酸钾、铝粉和硫粉按照零氧平衡的同一配比(63%KClO3+17%Al+20%S)配成的烟火药剂,进行热安全性和机械感度对比实验的分析发现,与普通配方相比,超细化配方虽然可以明显降低其撞击感度,但对摩擦感度的影响不大.另外,烟火药剂的超细化程度越高,热分解的初始反应温度越低,反应到达最大温升速率所需的...

Abstract:The thermal and mechanical sensitivity tests were conducted for the common and ultra-fine pyrotechnics with zero oxygen balance composition: 63%KClO3+17%Al+20%S.It is found that after one or/and two of the component particles were ultrafined the impact sensitivity was reduced obviously, but the friction sensitivity affected little.In addition, the higher the ultra-fine degree of pyrotechnics is, the lower its initial thermal decomposition temperature, the longer the time required to reach the maximum rising...
