氯铝酸盐离子液体催化苯与2-氯丙烷烷基化制异丙苯

摘    要:以2-氯丙烷为烷基化剂,在Et3NH]Cl-2AlCl3离子液体作用下催化合成异丙苯. 考察了苯/2-氯丙烷摩尔比、离子液体加入量和反应温度对烷基化反应的影响,同时考察了离子液体的重复使用性. 结果表明,苯/2-氯丙烷摩尔比3.3、离子液体加入量为苯质量的10%、反应温度55℃的条件下,苯转化率为29.38%,异丙苯选择性为90.60%,离子液体循环使用5次,苯转化率和异丙苯选择性未明显下降. 该反应遵循Lewis酸催化机理.

Abstract:Et3NH]Cl-2AlCl3 ionic liquid was used to catalyze the alkylation reaction of benzene and 2-chloropropane to prepare cumene.The effects of reaction conditions were investigated.The results showed that under the optimal conditions of molar ratio of benzene to 2-chloropropane were 3.3,amount of catalyst 10% of benzene mass,and reaction temperature 55℃,the conversion rate of benzene could reach 29.38% and the selectivity of cumene was 90.60%.The Et3NH]Cl-2AlCl3 ionic liquid could be recycled for 5 times.
