摘    要:某磷矿为新建地下开采矿山,属缓倾斜中厚矿体,原设计采用上向水平分层充填法和上向进路充填法进行开采,鉴于该采矿方法采切工程量大、工艺复杂、安全性差、生产能力低和劳动强度高,难以满足矿山500万t/a的生产能力要求.通过对矿山开采技术条件及矿山生产实际的综合研究,确定采取盘区布置形式,预控顶中深孔空场嗣后充填采矿法和掘进机进路式采矿法开采,并使用大型无轨设备进行采掘作业.优化后减少了采切工程、简化了采矿工艺、改善了作业条件,降低了工人劳动强度.

Research on optimization of mining method of a phosphate mine

Abstract:A phosphate mine is a new underground mining mine, which belongs to a gently inclined medium thick ore body. The original design used the upward horizontal stratification filling method and the upward approach filling method for mining. In view of the large amount of cutting work, complex process, poor safety, low production capacity and high labor intensity, it is difficult to meet the requirement of 5 million t/a production capacity in the mine. Through a comprehensive study of mining technical conditions and actual mining production, it is determined that the layout of the mining area is adopted, and the pre-control of the middle and deep hole empty field is followed by the method of filling and filling mining and the mining method of the excavation machine. The mining operation is carried out using large-scale trackless equipment. After optimization, the cutting project was reduced, the mining process was simplified, the operating conditions were improved, and the labor intensity of workers was reduced.
