摘    要:浮选是矿物加工过程中的重要环节,在浮选过程中需要加入各种浮选药剂将有用矿物从矿浆中分离.多数浮选药剂成分复杂、难以降解,使浮选废水中残留着大量的浮选药剂.普通废水处理工艺对残留浮选药剂去除效果较差,难以达标排放,高级氧化技术作为一种高效的废水处理手段,对残留浮选药剂降解有着良好的效果.文章简要介绍了选矿药剂概念和选矿废水的来源、成分、特点及其危害,对国内外高级氧化技术降解选矿废水的应用研究进行论述;探讨分析Fenton氧化、光化学氧化、声化学氧化、臭氧氧化等高级氧化技术对选矿废水的降解机理,并对高级氧化技术降解选矿废水的应用前景进行展望.

Advanced oxidation technology application research progress of degradation of mineral processing wastewater

Abstract:Flotation is an important part in the process of mineral processing, in whichvarious flotation agents need to be added to separate the useful minerals from the pulp. Most flotation agents are complex and difficult to degrade, which means the flotation wastewater contains a large number of flotation agents.Ordinary wastewater treatment process on the residual flotation agent of removal effect is not satisfactory. As an efficient means of wastewater treatment, advanced oxidation technology, the advanced oxidation technology has a good effect on the degradation of residual flotation reagents.This paper briefly introduces the concept ofmineral processing agentand the origin, composition, characteristics and harm ofmineral processingwastewater, applicationand researchof degradationof mineral processingwastewaterfor advanced oxidation are discussedat home and abroad; The degradation mechanism of beneficiation wastewater by advanced oxidation technology such as Fenton oxidation, photochemical oxidation, sonochemical oxidation and ozone oxidation was discussed. The application prospect of advanced oxidation technology to degrade ore dressing waste water was prospected.
