磨矿细度和二浸二洗对氰化浸出率影响的试验研究

摘    要:以某黄金冶炼企业的酸洗渣为原料,针对磨矿细度和二浸二洗对该酸洗渣氰化浸出率的影响进行了试验研究,以确定该酸洗渣的最佳氰化浸出流程及浸出条件。本次研究共进行了5组平行试验,结果表明,磨矿细度达到-325目且>90%时,浸出效果最好,一浸一洗即可达良好的浸出效果,金浸出率可达72%以上,二浸二洗对浸出率的提高无明显效果。试验结果发现,在浸出过程中,采取磨矿细度-325目且>90%,一浸一洗的浸出流程即可达到最佳效果。

Abstract:Using a kind of acid slag from a gold smelting industry as raw material,cyanide leaching efficiency influenced by fineness of grinding and secondary grinding and leaching was investigated in order to get the optimum cyanide leaching process and leaching conditions.Five parallel trials were conducted.The results showed that the best leaching efficiency would be obtained under grinding fineness of -0.0450 mm above 90%.Good leaching efficiency could be over 72% under primary grinding and leaching,and it would not be obviously improved under secondary grinding and leaching.In summary,optimum leaching effect could be obtained under grinding fineness of -0.0450 mm above 90% and primary grinding and leaching in the process of leaching.
