孤岛工作面沿空巷道锚固失效分析与支护对策

摘    要:为解决某矿3210孤岛工作面回采巷道中大量锚杆锚索断裂及锚固失效、导致巷道围岩变形破坏严重的现象,对现场锚杆锚索的断裂数量分布和断裂形态进行统计分析,揭示了锚杆索支护失效的重点区域,发现大部分锚杆破断的位置都在杆尾螺纹处、大部分锚索破断位置均为杆体中部,进一步分析了巷道围岩破坏的破坏特点及原因。针对巷道支护帮弱的问题,对强帮护顶支护技术应用进行了探讨。基于研究针对原有支护,提出了“锚网索加强支护+帮部注浆补强加固”的支护对策,对支护参数及注浆施工参数进行详细设计。在改进支护前后对围岩变形情况进行实时监测与拉拔试验检验。结果表明,在工作面采动影响下,围岩变形量减小,该支护方案能提高巷帮抗变形能力与锚固能力,增强锚杆体锚固结构的弹性模量,能够有效解决锚杆索破断导致的锚固失效问题,极大提高了生产效率。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that a large number of bolt and anchor cables break and fail in the stoping roadway of 3210 island working face in a mine,causing serious deformation and damage to the surrounding rock of the roadway,statistical analysis was made on the number distribution and fracture morphology of the on-site bolt and anchor cables,revealing the critical area of bolt and cable supporting failure,and it was found that most of the bolt breaks were at the end thread of the rod,and most of the cable breaks were in the middle of the rod.The failure characteristics and causes of surrounding rock failure of roadway are further analyzed.In view of the weak problem of roadway supporting,the application of strong wall and roof supporting technology is discussed.Based on the research,the supporting countermeasure of "anchor mesh cable reinforcement supporting+grouting reinforcement at the side" is proposed for the original supporting,and the supporting parameters and grouting construction parameters are designed in detail.The deformation of surrounding rock shall be monitored in real time and checked by pull-out test before and after the supporting improvement.The results show that under the influence of mining in the working face,the deformation of surrounding rock decreases.The supporting scheme can improve the anti deformation ability and anchoring ability of the roadway side,enhance the elastic modulus of the anchor structure of the bolt body,effectively solve the problem of anchor failure caused by the breakage of the bolt cable,and greatly improve the production efficiency.
