大断面拱形巷道锚杆支护参数数值模拟研究

摘    要:为了合理地确定云顶煤业13230工作其支护形式及参数,基于该面实际的地质条件,采用有限元软件FLAC3D对该巷锚杆的支护参数进行研究,针对不同的支护参数,得出了在不同的支护参数条件下掘进、回采巷时道围岩受力情况,从而确定了合理的锚杆支护参数:锚杆排距900 mm,间距950 mm,锚索排距为1 800 mm;数值计算结果与现场监测信息表明,巷道的变形及顶板离层等均在可控范围内,巷道支护效果明显。

Abstract:To reasonably determine the supporting form and parameters of 13230 working face in Yunding Coal Mine Industry Co.,Ltd.,based on the actual geological conditions of the working face,the parameters of bolt support in roadway was studied by using the finite element software FLAC3D,in view of the different support parameters,the stress conditions of surrounding rock were obtained in the process of excavation and coal winning with different supporting parameters,and the reasonable supporting parameters of bolt were also determined:the space of anchor bolt 950 mm,spacing 900 mm;and the anchor rope distance is 1 800 mm. Numerical results and field monitoring information show that,deformation and roof delamination of roadway are under control,and the supporting effect of roadway obvious.
