煤制油炉渣喷射混凝土在巷道支护中的应用

摘    要:以煤制油炉渣作为骨料替代天然砂石制备炉渣喷射混凝土,通过分析煤制油炉渣基本物理性能确认其可行性,优化炉渣混凝土配合比,掺入粉煤灰,改变可再分散乳胶粉、偏高岭土掺量制得相应的炉渣混凝土,测试炉渣混凝土的黏结性与强度性能,观察炉渣微观形貌以及和水泥形成界面结构。结果表明:煤制油炉渣具有与建筑用砂相似的粒度与物理性能,水灰比为0.25,粉煤灰取代率为10%时强度性能良好。可再分散乳胶粉使炉渣混凝土折压比提高,韧性和黏结性大幅改善。粉煤灰和偏高岭土有利于后期强度的发展。最后得到在优化配合比、添加合适外加剂掺量下制备的较低回弹率和粉尘浓度的C25煤制油炉渣喷射混凝土。

Abstract:The slag shotcrete is prepared by replacing the natural sand with coal-to-liquids slag as aggregate,and the feasibility is confirmed by analyzing the basic physical properties of coal-to-liquids slag,optimizing the mix ratio of slag concrete,mixing fly ash,to change the dispersible polymer powder and the metakaolin content to obtain the corresponding slag concrete,and tested the adhesion and strength properties of the slag concrete.The microstructure of the slag and the interface structure with the cement were observed.The results showed that the coal-to-liquids slag has similar particle size and physical properties as the construction sand,the W/C was 0.25,and the strength of the fly ash was 10%.The redispersible latex powder improved the slag concrete folding ratio,and the toughness and adhesion were greatly improved.Fly ash and metakaolin were beneficial to the development of later strength.Finally,the C25 coal-to-liquids furnace slag shotcrete with lower resilience and dust concentration prepared under the optimized mix ratio and the addition of suitable admixture was obtained.
