深井、低透煤层爆注一体化技术研究与应用

摘    要:〗随着采掘活动进入深部,伴随而来的高地应力、煤与瓦斯突出危险等复合动力灾害威胁也越来越严重,已成为制约矿井安全发展的重大瓶颈。为破解这一瓶颈,根据注水湿润煤体可有效降低突出危险性,以及对煤体进行松动爆破可提前释放煤层应力,创造性地将松动爆破和高压注水结合起来,对爆注一体化技术进行了积极探索和实施。松动爆破在释放地应力和瓦斯方面效果较佳,水力耦合爆破可提升爆破效果。爆破后裂隙发育,注水效果佳。该技术有效破解了深井、低透煤层重点回采工作面卸压、瓦斯防治、煤体固化、降尘等技术难题。在爆注一体化的实施过程中,不断改进煤层高压注水工艺,取得了明显效果,并逐步推广到矿井各重点采掘工作面。

Abstract:With the mining activities entering the deep,the combined dynamic hazards such as high geostress,coal and gas outburst risk were becoming more and more serious,which has become a major bottleneck restricting the development of mine safety.In order to solve this bottleneck,according to the fact that wetting coal by water injection can effectively reduce the risk of outburst,and loosening blasting can release the stress of coal seam ahead of time,combining loosening blasting with high-pressure water injection creatively,the technology of integration of blasting and injection has been actively explored and implemented.Loose blasting has better effect in releasing in-situ stress and gas.Hydraulic coupling blasting can improve blasting effect.After blasting,cracks develop and water injection effect was good.This technology has effectively solved the technical problems of pressure relief,gas prevention,coal solidification and dust reduction in key mining faces of deep wells and low permeability coal seams.During the implementation of the integration of explosion and injection,the technology of high-pressure water injection in coal seam has been continuously improved,and obvious results have been achieved.It has been gradually extended to all key mining faces in the mine.
