煤层底板薄层高压灰岩水害超前区域治理技术研究

摘    要:针对煤层底板薄层高压灰岩水害问题,以桃园煤矿Ⅱ4采区10煤底板三灰含水层治理加固为例,通过施工地面定向钻孔组,进入未采区底板三灰后顺层钻进,揭露灰岩裂隙,并进行高压注浆治理,通过分段“探注结合”施工,有效封堵三灰溶隙、裂隙,最终将三灰含水层改造为隔水层,阻隔三灰及三灰下含水层水。结果表明,煤层底板薄层高压灰岩水害超前区域注浆封堵技术是安全和可行的,为其他矿区薄层灰岩水上带压开采提供了依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the water hazard problem of thin high-pressure limestone in coal seam floor,taking the treatment and reinforcement of three-lime aquifer in 10 coal seam floor of Ⅱ4 mining area of Taoyuan Coal Mine as an example,through the construction of directional drilling group on the ground,after entering the three-lime floor of the non-mining area,drilling along the seam,uncovering limestone fissures,and carrying out high-pressure grouting treatment.Through the construction of "exploration and grouting combination" by subsection.Finally,the aquifer was transformed into an aquifer to block the water in the aquifer under the ash and ash.The results showed that the grouting sealing technology in the advanced area of water hazard of thin high pressure limestone in coal seam floor was safe and feasible,which provided a basis for water pressure mining of thin limestone in other mining areas.
