凝胶泡沫在煤矿火灾治理中的应用研究

摘    要:为防治煤矿工作面采空区自燃火灾,提出了凝胶泡沫新技术,该技术泡沫易堆积能够解决采空区隐蔽火源、高位火源、巷道高冒火灾和采空区大范围的防灭火难题。通过在石槽村煤矿210603工作面的实际应用,工作面回撤通道及回风流内CO浓度由450×10-6降低至10×10-6以下,各个区域内CO浓度恢复正常且均未发生复燃现象,确保了工作面设备的安全回撤,为煤矿工作面采空区自燃火灾防治提供了新的技术手段。

Abstract:In order to prevent spontaneous combustion in goaf of coal mining face,a new technology of gel foam was put forward,which was easy to accumulate and can solve hidden fire sources,high fire sources,high fire in roadway and large scale fire prevention and extinguishing problems in goaf.Through the practical application of 210603 working face in Shicaocun Coal Mine,the CO concentration in the withdrawal passage and return air flow of the working face has been reduced from 450×10-6 to below 10×10-6,and the CO concentration in each area has returned to normal without re-combustion,which ensured the safe withdrawal of working face equipment and provided a new technical means for the prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in goaf.
