高应力巷道底板卸压槽防治底鼓的机理研究及实践

摘    要:随着煤矿开采深度的增加,高地应力巷道的底鼓问题越来越突出,针对这种现状,根据强弱强结构原理深入分析了底板中部卸压槽支护技术机理,在巷道围岩高强度支护的基础上,采用了底板中部卸压槽支护技术解决高地应力巷道底鼓问题。由于底板中部卸压槽施工工序复杂,施工困难,在巷道卸压支护中很少应用,为了解决施工问题,底板中部卸压槽采用了二次爆破技术,并优化技术施工方案,平行作业,保障了施工进度,成功解决了底板中部卸压槽的施工难题。现场工业试验表明,高应力巷道周围岩体的变形得到了有效地控制,采用卸压槽支护技术有效地解决了高应力巷道底臌问题,维护了巷道的稳定性,保证了矿井的安全生产。
