基于AHP-模糊数学法的煤层深孔预裂爆破效果综合评价

摘    要:针对煤层深孔预裂爆破存在多因素复杂的情况,为了量化分析爆破效果,基于赵固二矿煤层的深孔预裂爆破,提出了运用AHP-模糊综合评价法建立深孔预裂爆破效果综合评价的数学模型方法。模型以爆破安全、技术装备、经济效益和影响因素作为一级指标,以爆破震动、炮孔冲孔、抽采纯量和煤体硬度等13个因素作为二级指标,对煤层深孔预裂爆破效果进行综合评价和实际验证,等级得分为85.67,效果良好,同时研讨了地应力和煤体硬度等主因素对爆破效果的影响,评价结论与现场实际效果基本吻合。

Comprehensive Evaluation on the Effects of Deep-hole Pre-splitting Blasting in Coal Seam Based on AHP-Fuzzy Mathematics Method
Abstract:For the presence of seam deep-hole pre-splitting blasting multifactorial complex cases, in order to quantify the effect of blasting analysis, on the basis of deep-hole pre-splitting blasting in coal seam of No.2 coal mine of Zhaogu, the approach of using AHP-Fuzzy mathematics method is presented to establish comprehensive evaluation mathematical model on the effects of Deep-hole pre-splitting Blasting. The blasting safety, technical equipment, economic benefits and influence factors are taken as the first level indicators and 13 factors such as blasting vibration, blast hole punching, pure gas drainage volume and coal hardness and so on as the second level indicators. Through effects verification evaluation of deep-hole pre-splitting blasting in coal seam, rating a score of 85.67, the result is good. Also discussed the impact of ground stress and coal hardness and other factors on blasting effect, the evaluation findings are consistent with the actual effect.
