摘    要:设计了二极管侧面对称泵浦Nd:YAG圆片激光器实验装置,耦合系统采用简单且有效的柱透镜组,分别对二极管快轴和慢轴方向的泵浦光进行压缩准直。模拟得到并分析了二极管的发散特性对增益介质内泵浦光分布的影响,模拟采用光线追迹法,且同时考虑了二极管在快轴和慢轴方向的发散特性。实验得到增益介质内的荧光分布与模拟得到的泵浦光分布相吻合。

Abstract:An experimental equipment of laser-diode symmetrically side-pumped Nd:YAG disk laser is designed, and two cylindrical convex lenses are used to compress the pump of the fast and the slow axis of laser diode, respectively. The influence of divergence characteristic of laser diode on pump distribution of gain medium is obtained and analyzed. The divergence characteristics of the fast axis and the slow axis of laser diode are simultaneity considered during the simulation by the ray tracing method. The experimental fluorescence distribution are accordant with the pump distribution of simulation.
