| 摘 要： | 高频激励方式由于其允许高注入功率密度和优越的调制性能正在取代CO2激光器的直流激励方式。本文根据放电各物理过程的特征时间,讨论了DC,AC,RF和微波激励方式的特点。

| Abstract: | The high frequency excitation is increasingly substituting the DC discharge excitation of CO2 lasers,mainly because of the capability of higher power density and the superior modulation properties.According to the time scales of the various discharge processes,we have discussed the characteristics of AC excitation,RF excitation,DC excitation and microwave excitation in this paper. |
