摘    要:提出了一种制备超微粉的新方法,并制作了原型装置。该方法利用激光高频感应复合热源加热金属,以蒸发冷凝的方式获取超微粉。用该方法制取了超微锌粉,产率为12g/min,粉末平均粒径为33.20nm。

Abstract:The metal ultrafine powders have superior catalytic,magnetic and electrical properties.The conventional method to manufacturer the metal powder is evaporation condensation method,and the several heating sources,such as resistance,high frequency induction,plasma,electron beam or laser,are used.But these heating sources are used respectively as a single heating source in these system,so have some disadvantages or limitations.Now,we have fined a complex heating source,the laser high frequency induction heating source to manufacture ultrafine Zn powder,by utilizing evaporation condensation method.In our experimental setup,the output rate is 12g/min,and the average diameter of Zn powder is 33.20nm.
