脉冲风洞单分量应力波天平测力技术

摘    要:针对脉冲风洞强振动、极短有效试验时间的测试环境,提出一种采用压电材料作为敏感元件,尾端具有反射应力波耗散能力的单分量应力波天平结构。详细介绍了天平的运行原理,结构设计公式,内悬挂保护罩结构,以及校准方法,最后以半球为模型,在CARDC Φ 0.6米激波风洞上进行了验证实验。实验结果验证了该技术的可行性。

Abstract:According to the hypersonic impulse tunnel test environment with strong vibration interference and extreme short effective test time, a kind of single component stress wave force balance sensed by piezoelectric ceramics and with reflect stress wave dissipation ability is put forward. The basic principles, structure design formulas, inner suspended shield structure, and calibration methods are introduced in detail. The axial force of a hemisphere model is tested with the balance in Φ0.6m shock tunnel in CARDC. The feasibility of the technique is verified from the test results.
