高压差迷宫式调节阀流道设计研究

摘    要:为提高调节阀在高压差工况下的降压控速能力,以迷宫式结构的调节阀为主要研究对象,根据流体力学理论和多级降压原理,对分流式和对冲式两种流道结构的迷宫调节阀进行数值模拟,获得了两种流道内部压力和速度的分布信息,并绘制成压力及速度变化的对比曲线。分析结果表明:在相同工况下,分流式流道更利于降压,而对冲式流道控速效果更加明显。通过分析这两种流道的结构特点,改进设计出一种新型流道,此结构能全面兼顾降压和控速的性能。

Abstract:The labyrinth control valve, as the research object, its capability of pressure reducing and speed controlling should be improved when working in high pressure difference condition. Obtained numerical simulation results of two types of channel flow field consisting of pressure and velocity, contrast characteristic curves are plotted in this paper. The result show that shunting type is better than the decompression, and hedging type can effectively reduce velocity. Through analyzing the characteristic of these two kinds of structure, we put forward a new channel structure. The results show that the model is reasonable and it can be used to realize both pressure reducing and speed controlling.
