反式聚辛烯橡胶改性天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶共混胶的性能

摘    要:研究了反式聚辛烯橡胶(TOR)改性天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)(二者质量比80/20)共混胶的性能。结果表明,采用5~15份(质量,下同)TOR改性NR/BR混炼胶的门尼黏度逐渐降低、Payne效应基本不变,共混胶的焦烧时间和工艺正硫化时间延长、硫化速率减慢。相比NR/BR硫化胶,NR/BR/TOR硫化胶的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和撕裂强度明显减小,回弹性能提高,100%定伸应力、硬度和滚动阻力略有增大,压缩生热有所升高,耐磨和耐疲劳裂纹引发性能得到改善。用TOR改性NR/BR共混胶时的最佳用量为5份。

Abstract:The properties of trans-polyoctene rubber(TOR)modified natural rubber(NR)/cis-1,4-polybutadiene rubber(BR)(mass ratio 80/20)blends were studied.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of NR/BR blends modified by 5-15 phr(mass,the same below)TOR gradually decreased,but Payne effect remained basically unchanged,the scorch time and optimum curing time of the blends were prolonged,and curing rate was slowed down.Compared with NR/BR vulcanizates,the tensile strength,elongation at break and tear strength of NR/BR/TOR vulcanizates decreased significantly,the resilience increased,the modulus at 100%,hardness and rolling resistance increased slightly,the compression heat-build up increased,and the wear resistance and fatigue crack initiation resistance were improved.When NR/BR blends were modified with TOR,the optimum amount was 5 phr.
