痔消栓的HPLC含量测定

摘    要:目的:建立痔消栓的HPLC含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以KromasilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱为固定相,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温23℃,检测波长为203nm。结果:三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1分别在0.368~2.76μg,0.676~5.07μg,0.812~6.09μg范围内线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.9999,0.9999,0.9998,平均加样回收率分别为98.53%,99.20%,99.35%,RSD分别为2.11%,1.88%,2.38%。结论:样品分离效果好,测定结果准确、可靠,重复性好,可用于痔消栓的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To denvolop HPLC an method for the determination of the content of three saponins in Zhixiao suppositories. Methods: Analysis carriedout was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm., 5μm)at 23℃. The mobile phases were methanol and 0.2% phosphoricacid solution in a gradient elution. The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL·min-1 and the ultraviolet detector was operated at 203 nm. Results: The linear ranges of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 were 0.368~2.76μg,0.676~5.07 μg and 0.812~6.09μg,respectively. The average recoveries of the three saponins were 98.53%, 99.20% and 99.35%, respectively. The RSD (n=5) were 2.11%, 1.88% and 2.38%, respectively. Conclusion: The separation is a good and the results are accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Zhixiao suppositories.
