偏执心理和敌对心理对建筑工人不安全行为的影响研究

摘    要:为提高建筑工人安全行为水平,探讨偏执心理和敌对心理对建筑工人不安全行为的影响机理。基于社会认知理论,引入安全意识和安全氛围作为中介变量,构建偏执心理和敌对心理影响不安全行为的假设模型。运用结构方程模型( SEM)和系统动力学( SD)结合的方法揭示偏执心理和敌对心理影响不安全行为的机理。结果表明:偏执心理和敌对心理正向影响建筑工人不安全行为;安全意识和安全氛围具有显著的中介效应;同时仿真结果表明偏执心理和敌对心理与建筑工人不安全行为在安全意识和安全氛围的中介作用下呈现一种先上升再下降近似抛物线型的趋势。

Abstract:To improve the safety behavior of construction workers, the mechanism of paranoia and hostility psychology influencingthe unsafe behavior of construction workers was explored. Based on social cognitive theory, safety awareness and safety climatewere introduced as mediating variables to construct a hypothetical model of paranoia and hostility psychology influencing unsafebehavior. Structural equation modeling (SEM) and system dynamics (SD) were used to reveal the mechanism of paranoia and hostilepsychology influencing unsafe behavior. The results show that paranoia and hostility positively affect construction workers’ unsafebehaviors. Safety awareness and safety climate have a significant mediating effect. Paranoia, hostility, and construction workers’unsafe behaviors show an approximate parabolic pattern of rising and then falling trend under the mediating effect of safetyawareness and safety climate.
