摘    要:目的分析种植二期手术同期应用3D打印临时冠在单颗非游离后牙种植修复中的疗效。方法本研究为前瞻性随机对照试验。2020年6月至2022年8月在江南大学附属医院口腔科行单颗后牙种植的30例患者为研究对象, 基于随机数字表法分为两组, 3D打印临时冠组15例应用3D打印临时冠, 另15例归入传统Ⅱ期手术组。传统Ⅱ期手术组男、女各8、7例, 年龄25~40(30.35±3.33)岁;3D打印临时冠组男、女各10、5例, 年龄24~41(31.21±3.45)岁。比较两组患者种植修复完成后种植牙的稳定性、食物嵌塞评分、咀嚼效能和并发症发生率的差异。统计学处理方法包括Fisher确切概率法、独立样本t检验。结果在正式种植修复完成后的1、3、6个月, 3D打印临时冠组食物嵌塞评分分别为(2.01±0.33)、(1.01±0.12)、(1.21±0.32)分, 均显著低于传统Ⅱ期手术组(均P<0.01)。正式修复后, 3D打印临时冠组的咬合力与咀嚼效率为(130.11±8.54)lbs、(1.43±0.11), 均显著高于传统Ⅱ期手术组(均P<0.05)。在龋病、牙周炎、牙松动等并发症发生...

Abstract:Objective To analyze the efficacy of 3D printed temporary crown in the restoration of a single non-free posterior tooth in the second stage of implantation surgery. Methods It was a prospective randomized controlled trial. A total of 30 patients who underwent single posterior tooth implantation in Department of Stomatology, Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from June 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. Based on the random number table method, they were divided into 2 groups. The 15 patients who received the 3D printed temporary crown were assigned to the 3D printed temporary crown group, and the other 15 patients were assigned to the traditional stage Ⅱ surgery group. In the traditional stage Ⅱ surgery group, there were 8 males and 7 females, aged 25-40 (30.35±3.33) years; in the 3D printed temporary crown group, there were 10 males and 5 females, aged 24-41 (31.21±3.45) years. The stability, food impaction score, masticatory efficacy, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Fisher exact probability method and independent sample t test were used for statistical analysis. Results One, three, and six months after formal implant restoration, the food impaction scores of the 3D printed temporary crown group were (2.01±0.33), (1.01±0.12), and (1.21±0.32) points, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the traditional stage Ⅱ surgery group (all P<0.01). After formal restoration, the bite force and mastication efficiency of the 3D printed temporary crown group were (130.11±8.54) lbs and (1.43±0.11), which were significantly higher than those of the traditional stage Ⅱ surgery group (both P<0.05). The incidence of caries, periodontitis, tooth loosening, and other complications in the 3D printed temporary crown group was significantly lower than that in the traditional stage Ⅱ surgery group (0/15 vs. 6/15) (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of 3D printed temporary crown in the second stage of implantation surgery has a good therapeutic effect in patients with single posterior tooth implant restoration, which can improve the phenomenon of food impaction and actively and effectively reduce the complications of single posterior tooth implantation, so as to provide a basis for clinical application.
