Abstract:A simplified mass-damp-spring vibration model for the system of capture energy column of the bladeless wind turbine is constructed to study the vortex-induced swing characteristics of the capture energy column.The formula for calculating the natural frequency and capture energy efficiency of capture energy column is deduced.Combined with the k-ωSST turbulence model and the dynamic grid method,a simulation model of the vortex induced swing of the energy trap column was established and verified.The effects of the mass ratio of the energy trap column,the system damping ratio and the natural frequency on the characteristics of the vortex induced swing and the energy capture efficiency of the column were investigated.The results shown that the maximum amplitude of the vortex induced swing and the efficiency of the energy trap both occur at the frequency ratio f*≈1,i.e.the lock-in frequency.The reduction of the mass ratio and system damping ratio can improve the energy capture efficiency of the bladeless wind turbines;When the wind speed increases,the swing amplitude and capturing efficiency of the energy trap column can be increased by increasing the natural frequency of the system,and the larger the Reynolds number is,the larger the maximum swing amplitude of the capture energy column is.These conclusions can provide guidance for the design of bladeless wind turbines.
