| 摘 要： | 基础地理信息数据是国家重要的信息资源，天然气管网系统应用离不开基础地理信息数据的支撑，然而因为数据格式、数据保密性等限制，现有的基础地理信息数据不能直接、有效应用，需要探索一种既满足国家相关标准规范，又方便天然气管网系统应用的基础地理信息数据库建设方案。介绍了一种天然气管网系统基础地理信息数据库建设方案，并以1∶〖KG-*2〗10 000基础地理数据进行了应用验证，天然气管理单位在管道建设初期采购管道沿线完整的基础地理信息数据，按照本方案进行数据库设计、数据入库，在以后的管道运维过程中只需要局部或针对重点要素进行数据更新，利用天然气管网系统的数据入库工具导入现状数据库中，提高了数据入库效率，减少了天然气管道管理运维成本。

| Abstract: | Fundamental geographic information data is an important national information resource，and the application of natural gas pipeline network system can not be separated from the support of fundamental geographic information data，the existing fundamental geographic information data can not be directly and effectively applied，so it is necessary to explore a kind of fundamental geographic information database construction scheme which can meet the relevant national standards and norms and facilitate the application of natural gas pipeline network system.This paper introduces a scheme of building basic geographic information database of natural gas pipeline network system，and verifies it with 1∶〖KG-*2〗10 000 basic geographic data，in which natural gas management units purchase complete fundamental geographic information data along the pipeline at the initial stage of pipeline construction，according to this plan，the database is designed and the data is entered into the database.In the course of the pipeline operation and maintenance，only the data need to be updated locally or according to the key elements.The data entry tool of the natural gas pipeline network system is used to import the data into the current database，the data storage efficiency is improved，and the management and operation cost of natural gas pipeline is reduced. |
