采动影响下超前巷道围岩应力及变形控制技术研究

摘    要:为进一步提高回采效率,降低工人成本支出,陈四楼矿21015工作面超前巷道采用主动支护进行围岩变形控制,通过对回采前后超前巷道围岩应力场及位移场进行计算,分析围岩变形破坏规律、不同回采程度下巷道围岩变形情况、不同工作面长度条件下巷道围岩变形规律,探明影响超前巷道围岩变形影响因素。研究表明,回采次数的增加导致超前支承压力由218 MPa增大至406 MPa,工作面前方应力增大区为27~32 m。其中,顶板位移量增大300 mm左右,两帮增大175 mm左右,随着回采推进,端部处巷道顶板位移呈现增大变化,距端部前方10 m处,4次回采顶板位移分别为699、874、869、827 mm,在端部前方15 m左右处,顶板位移基本恢复至未回采阶段,且工作面长度对水平位移影响较大,采用松动圈支护理论对超前巷道进行锚杆(索)参数计算,提出4种支护方案,并运用FLAC3D模拟不同方案下支护效果,最后通过工业性试验检验测得最佳方案有效地控制了围岩变形。

Abstract:In order to further improve the recovery efficiency and reduce the cost of workers,the advanced roadway of the 21015 working face of Chensilou Mine adopted active support to control the surrounding rock deformation.By calculating the surrounding rock stress field and displacement field of the advanced roadway before and after mining,the surrounding rock deformation was analyzed.The failure law,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway under different mining degrees,and the deformation law of the surrounding rock of the roadway under the conditions of different working face lengths,had proved the influencing factors of the surrounding rock deformation of the advanced roadway.The research showed that the increase of the mining times causes the advance bearing pressure to increase from 218 MPa to 406 MPa,and the stress increased area in front of the working face was 27~32 m.Among them,the roof displacement increased by about 300 mm,and the two sides increased by about 175 mm.As the mining progressed,the roof displacement of the tunnel at the end showed an increase and change.At 10 m from the front of the end,the roof displacement of the four mining operations was 699,874,869,827 mm,about 15 m ahead of the end,the roof displacement basically returned to the unmined stage,and the length of the working face had a great influence on the horizontal displacement.(cable) parameter calculation,four support schemes were proposed,and FLAC3D was used to simulate the support effect under different schemes.Finally,the best scheme was measured by industrial test to effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock.
