| Abstract: | With the in-depth study of malignant tumors,more and more cancer patients receive more standardized and more lines of treatment.More lines of chemotherapy and targeted therapy cause morphological and clinical changes similar to cirrhosis in the liver of some patients with liver metastases from malignant tumors,which is called pseudocirrhosis.Because pseudocirrhosis is rare,its understanding is mostly from case reports.Therefore,by reviewing the case reports and related studies on pseudocirrhosis at home and abroad,this paper comprehensively elaborates its mechanism,imaging and histological findings and diagnosis and treatment,so that clinicians have a comprehensive understanding of pseudocirrhosis and provide a theoretical basis for clinicians' early diagnosis and early treatment,in order to reduce the misdiagnosis rate and mortality of pseudocirrhosis. |
