| 摘 要： | 中医治疗恶性肿瘤历史渊源流长,积累了丰富的经验,随着现代医学诊断、病理等多学科的发展,传统的辨证施治显现了一定的局限性,恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、生物化学改变等方面都存在很多共性,而中医的辨证论治以现代医学的肿瘤分期、病理类型及免疫组化、基因突变等方面为参考,结合具体的辨证,在共性中找到个性,在个性中把握共性,病症结合,即看局部又顾整体,标本兼顾,既重视肿瘤瘤体的变化,又重视肿瘤患者生存率和生活质量的提高,逐渐形成了中医治疗恶性肿瘤新的临证模式,值得我们在临床上推广应用,进一步提高中医抗肿瘤精准治疗的疗效。

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has long been applied in the treatment of malignant tumor,and abundant experience has been accumulated.With the development of multiple disciplines,such as modern medical diagnosis and pathology,the traditional syndrome differentiation-based treatment has exhibited certain limitation.There are lots of commonalities in terms of the genesis,development and biochemical changes of malignant tumor.The syndrome differentiation-based treatment in TCM takes tumor classification,pathological type,immunohistochemistry and gene mutation in modern medicine as reference to identify the individualities in commonalities and consider commonalities in individualities based on the precise syndrome.In addition,it focuses on both parts and the whole,manages both the symptoms and the root cause,attaches importance to the tumor body change,and pays attention to the improvements of tumor patient survival and quality of life,thus gradually forming a new TCM clinical pattern in the treatment of malignant tumor.This pattern is worthy of being promoted and applied in clinic,which can further enhance the anti-tumor precise treatment efficacy in TCM. |
