纺织浆液浓度超声波在线检测系统的研制

摘    要:介绍了一种纺织浆液浓度的超声波在线检测方法.根据超声波检测原理,在线检测系统由超声波测量装置、接口单元和计算机组成.由超声波测量装置产生检测信号,并通过接口单元输送到计算机,使用LabVIEW虚拟仪器并应用软件进行处理,依据浆液声时与浓度的关系曲线,实时计算得出浆液的浓度并显示在界面上.通过与烘箱烘干法的比较实验证明,研制的纺织浆液浓度超声波在线检测系统的误差小于0.5%.

Abstract:An on-line measurement system for size According to the principle of ultrasonic measurement, interface unit and computer. The signal of transit time, concentration by ultrasonic technology is introduced. the system is made of ultrasonic measurement device, which is detected by ultrasonic measurement device, is inputted into the computer through the interface unit, and is processed by the LabVIEW application software. At the same time, it makes use of function relationship, which describes the relationship between size concentration and transit time of ultrasonic, gets the real-time size concentration by calculation, and displays it on the screen of the computer. It is proved by comparison with the oven dry method that the error of the size concentration detected by this on-line measurement system using ultrasonic technology is lower than 0.5 %.
